INSURANCE
Please check with your individual provider to make sure that your services will be covered under your specific plan. While our staff will be happy to assist you with any insurance questions you may have, it is inevitably the responsibility of the patient to verify eligible coverage from their provider.  Please be aware there are many plans with each carrier. If you have a dental plan and we are not in your “network”, you may still be eligible to see us as a “non-participating” provider. Please call us with questions regarding this type of insurance.

We participate with several insurance providers. Aetna and Aetna Access, Connection Dental, Delta Dental, Guardian, MetLife, United Concordia and United Healthcare.
